Respect the Clock — We Do!
We totally get it — life happens. All we ask is that you give us a heads-up at least 48 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. That way, we can open up your spot to someone else who’s been waiting to get in.
We put a lot of care and intention into every appointment, and we ask that you show the same love to our team’s time. No-shows or last-minute cancellations (under 48 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee — and if you ghost us completely, the full service amount will be charged to the card on file.
