Specialized treatments to soften stretch marks, blend scars, and remove unwanted tattoos — helping your skin look more even, smooth, and naturally yours again.
Book a ConsultationStretch marks, scars, and unwanted tattoos are a normal part of life — the result of growth, pregnancy, weight changes, surgery, injury, or simply changing tastes — but they can affect how you feel in your own skin. At Lush Medical Aesthetics in downtown Cheyenne, Wyoming, we offer three specialized treatments designed to reduce their appearance: Inkless Stretch Mark Revision (ISR), Scar Camouflage Tattooing, and Pico Laser tattoo removal. Each is performed by trained specialists who understand how skin heals and how pigments respond.
All three treatments are highly customized. We'll start with a consultation to look closely at your skin, listen to your goals, and recommend the right approach for your specific concerns. Results build over multiple sessions, and we're upfront about what each treatment can — and can't — do. Every appointment is designed to leave you feeling more confident, informed, and at home in your skin.
Every treatment is performed with a careful, skilled hand.

Inkless Stretch Mark Revision (ISR) is a non-invasive treatment that visibly fades stretch marks without the use of tattoo ink or pigment. We combine targeted microneedling with a customized blend of healing serums to stimulate your body's natural collagen and elastin production. Over time, treated stretch marks blend more smoothly into your surrounding skin tone.
ISR works best on faded, mature stretch marks — white, silver, or light-colored — and is commonly treated on the abdomen, hips, thighs, breasts, upper arms, and buttocks. Most clients see noticeable results after their first session. Typical protocols call for 1–3 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart, with minimal downtime (mild redness for 1–3 days).
Scar Camouflage Tattooing is a specialized paramedical tattoo technique that uses custom-blended pigments to help scars visually blend with your natural skin tone. By precisely depositing color-matched pigment into the scar tissue, this treatment reduces the visible contrast between the scar and the surrounding skin — creating a more uniform appearance over time.
This treatment is ideal for flat, smooth, fully healed scars at least 12 months old — surgical scars (C-section, tummy tuck, breast surgery), trauma or burn scars, skin graft areas, and hypopigmented marks. Most clients need 2–4 sessions spaced 6–8 weeks apart for optimal results, with pigment typically requiring occasional touch-ups to maintain a natural look.
Pico Laser tattoo removal uses ultra-short laser pulses (measured in picoseconds) to shatter tattoo ink into tiny particles that your body then naturally clears over time. The technology is significantly faster and more effective than older nanosecond-pulse lasers, meaning fewer sessions, less skin trauma, and better results across a wider range of ink colors — including stubborn blues, greens, and bright pigments.
Each treatment is performed by trained practitioners after a thorough consultation. Sessions are typically spaced 6–8 weeks apart to allow your body to clear pigment between visits, and the total number of sessions depends on the tattoo's size, color, age, depth, and your skin type. We'll give you a realistic timeline at your consultation — most tattoos require multiple sessions.
